Our Story
Hi, I'm Shai! Sugar & Shai is my home-based cookie business where baking meets artistry. Every cookie is hand-decorated with royal icing, made to order, and crafted with serious love and attention to detail.
Whether you need a dozen for a birthday or a hundred for a wedding — I'm here to make your sweetest moments even sweeter.

The Process
Pre-orders only · Pickup in the Tyndall area · Minimum 3pc per flavour
Browse our flavours including the Flavour of the Month. Select quantities in multiples of 3 — minimum 3pc per flavour. Need more than 24 pieces? Slide into our DMs on Instagram!
Fill out the order form with your details, preferred pickup date, and payment method. Wednesdays are our regular pickup day — other dates are subject to confirmation.
Shai will reach out to confirm your order and pickup date. Once confirmed, secure your spot with e-transfer or cash. Spots are limited — the sooner the better!
Pick up your freshly baked cookies in the Tyndall area on your confirmed date. That's it — just enjoy!
